Izzy's Funny Sitting

Similar to my last story about Mikey's Leg Thing, Izzy has a thing that I call "Funny Sitting". Here's a picture of Izzy doing her Funny Sitting. To me, it almost looks like half of an apple on her belly.

Mikey's Leg Thing

I don't think I've shown you a picture of what I call Mikey's Leg Thing. These are some pictures of his traditional, official, leg thing. The "V" with his legs, the crossed paws, the "huhhhh wutcha talkin bowt" look, everything.

Lucky Mikey (and Izzy too, but she doesn't care as much about food)

HA HA!!! I woke up around 8:30 this morning, and my mom was still sleeping so I thought, "What the heck, I'll feed em." So I fed the kittehs breakfast and went back to wake my mom up. I told her I fed the kittehs, and she's like, "Oh, no! They already ate!" She was still tired, so to me it sounded like she said it with a question mark at the end. I said, "What? It's already 8:30!" We usually feed them at 7:00. My mom then said, "No, no, they already ate at 7:00! I got up, fed them, and went back to bed." It was crazy. No wonder Mikey gave me his rare "smile" and Izzy didn't come very quickly.

No, Mikey, you're not gonna like that!

Oh, man, Mikey is so funny. He just cracks me up. This morning, I was taking a bath, and when I opened the shower curtain... There he was, looking at me like, "Hi Meowma! Can we play Tunnels now?" Then he came running to me and put his front paws on top of the tub. I told him, "If you come in here, you are gonna be SO wet. And you're not gonna be happy 'bout that!" He went down, and up again, and down, and up again until I got out. They are sooooo silly. Up above (the world so high, like a diamond in the sky) is a picture of, well, you guessed it-Mikey in a laundry basket.

Book Recommendation

I highly recommend the book "Devious Book for Cats". It is a parody of the books "Daring Book for Girls" and "Dangerous Book for Boys". It is very funny. It is written as if cats will be reading it, such as parts like "Hooray! Mission accomplished. By now your person is probably off to by a new computer, and not to mention cat treats". I think it is a wonderful book that any cat lover will enjoy. It is called "Devious Book for Cats". You really should go get it!

Feed Meh!

Ha, ha. Mikey sure loves food! It's a stormy day today, so of course it's dark and stuff. I came home from some errands about 3:00 in the afternoon or so. I usually feed them dinner around 5:00. As soon as I went to the kitchen to get a granola bar, Mikey came running to me, I guess he thought it was time to eat! Then when he realized I wouldn't give him any food, he wrapped his front paws around my ankle and bit me! I told him, "Ow, Mikey! Can't you just wait another hour and 45 minutes?" He then gave me a look as if he was saying, "Well? What the heck am I gonna do about it? I'm gonna break into your clock and change it to 5:00!" It's so hilarious how us humans always try to make up what we think our pets are saying.

Hello Again!

Hello dear readers!

I arrived home from Illinois on Sunday, while a friend came to take care of the Kittehs. As SOON as we came in the laundry room door, they were right there. They cuddled up in the bed that night. So sweet. ^_*

Something I made on Adobe Flash

Look's like SOMEBODY, a.k.a Izzy, has turned into an Alien in Adobe Flash. I am learning to do Flash programming, and I made this with a little Alien dude at first with the help of a Flash book, then I changed the head into a picture of Izzy. It was a lot more complicated than it sounds, though. I hope Izzy still knows she didn't come from outer space.

Heh heh! Mikey is acting like a bobble head. If you just touch him lightly on the head, he will just bob his head up and down a few times. He's silly. Izzy is too. Earlier she was sitting in the "crack" in between the two ottomans, like in the picture above.

Kittehs are such great companions

Cats are wonderful animals, wouldn't you agree? They really make great friends, and not to mention therapists. For example, a few minutes ago, Izzy mewed really loud in the other room, and peeked out from behind the wall and had this worried look on her face, like "where's meowma?" ("meowma" is what I call myself in the kitty world.) Then, she came around the corner to find me sitting on the couch, and did her happy meow, which to me sounds a little bit like "merrrrr-mowwwww-ahhhh?" Then she jumped up on to the couch and started purring and rubbing against me. They really are amazingly sweet, aren't they?

Mikey knows pie

Have I ever told you about my pie disease? It's severe. I can't stop saying pie! I think everything is made of pie (well, not exactly, but I do have these "pie 'blow off my head' moments") . Anyway, I guess Mikey knows pie. I was having one of my "pie 'blow off my head' moments" while I was eating dinner, and Mikey jumped up on the counter and started swirling his head in circles as if he was saying "Pie, Pie, Pie, Pie, Pie" and then freaked out as if he was saying "OMG EVERYTHING IS SO PIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Heh. Well that's Mikey for ya. Oh and up above is a Christmas version of Mikey. We took this picture on Christmas day, when Mikey had found and stolen a bow from one of the presents (I think the gift it came from was actually for Mikey and Izzy!) . He was doing the same with wrapping paper, as you can see in the picture above the bow one. Silly kittehs.

Oh, Mikey

Mikey woke me up again this morning. He came and jumped up on the bed, and started purring and blowing in my ear. He must have heard my alarm clock. He's so funny. He does that almost every time I set the alarm clock. The picture here on the right is of a typical Mikey moment on the kitty condo. I love that adorable little white half mustache he has on his, er, lip? He always slightly hangs his paws off the kitty condo like in this picture. Oh, and there they go, Mikey chasing Izzy down the hall, Izzy trying to run away..... typical.

Well.....

Well, Izzy's gone wack again. 3 minutes ago, she stood up like a meerkat and fiddled with her collar like a maniac and fell over. Then she hopped on to the table and started drinking water out of my water glass. Silly kittehs.
